On November 6, 2018, within the framework of the International Information Week of the EU Erasmus + Program, a workshop was held for winners of the Erasmus + 2018 Project Contest: Development of the potential of higher education on the peculiarities of implementation and management of the grant funds.The event was organized by the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine together with the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in close cooperation with the National Agencies Erasmus + Europe, the National Erasmus + partner offices and Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. The event was attended by more than 120 representatives of higher education institutions of Ukraine, scientific institutions, public organizations, state authorities and business from different cities of Ukraine.

On 5 November 2018 the Cooperation Projects Day (КА2): Capacity Building in Higher Education, Strategic Partnerships, Knowledge Alliances, Capacity Building in Youth Calls for Proposals 2019 was held in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
