On 2 April 2025, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in Ivano-Frankivsk hosted the EU’s Erasmus+ Programme Info Day “Building Links Between Ukraine and Portugal in the Field of Non-formal and Informal Education.” The Infoday was jointly organised by the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, Agência Nacional Erasmus+ Juventude/Desporto e Corpo Europeu de Solidariedade and Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

​On 2 April 2025, representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine and Agência Nacional Erasmus+ Juventude/Desporto e Corpo Europeu de Solidariedade met with the Rector and team of Kherson State University relocated to Ivano-Frankivsk. They discussed key steps for cooperation with Portugal, explored youth learning mobility opportunities, and outlined ideas for new collaboration projects and ways to support the university, which continues to suffer from the consequences of the war.

On 2 April 2025, representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine and Agência Nacional Erasmus+ Juventude/Desporto e Corpo Europeu de Solidariedade met with Ivano-Frankivsk city officials and participants of the “Youth&Government” municipal programme. The meeting included 22 participants: leadership and team of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, youth leaders, students, and volunteers.​
