January 22-27, 2007. Experts of the Institute for Leadership, Innovations and Development participated in the TOT Workshop of the World Bank Institute in public management and public policy. TOT Workshop objective: in-service training for a team staff of the Institute of Higher Qualifications of Public Servants of Tajikistan. The Institute for Leadership, Innovations and Development experts presented materials developed on the request of the World Bank Institute and conducted sessions in:
- Public administration: theoretical and organizational – legal fundamentals
- Public service: establishment and development
- Government role and public policy fundamentals under modern conditions
- Social policy of the transition society
- Professional culture of public servants
- Government and society cooperation under modern conditions
