On June 28-29, 2023, the National Erasmus+ Agency – Portugal together with the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine held the largest joint webinar "EFFY - Erasmus+ Future Focused Youth - Ukraine", which took place on June 28-29, 2023 in a hybrid format. The two-day event was organized in fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Salto-Youth Resource Center, the Erasmus+ Information Center and the European Solidarity Corps in Ukraine, Erasmus Student Network Ukraine, EU Neighbor East, Young European Ambassadors, the Ukrainian Association of Youth Councils.

On June 23, 2023, a cluster event on management in higher education took place – the webinar "Governance, management and functioning of higher education institutions and the higher education system based on quality assurance, digitalization and inclusion".

The organizers of the event were the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine and the National Experts on Higher Education Reform of the EU Erasmus+ Programme together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
