On October 31, 2023, the NEO – Ukraine  team joined the International Youth Work Academy, presenting the opportunities of the EUs Erasmus+ Programme for Ukrainian youth. Online International Youth Work Academy – a 4-day online academy, which was created as part of the project “Level Up of Youth NGOs for the Democratic Future for Ukraine” implemented by the National Youth Council of Germany  in partnership with the National Youth Council of Ukraine with the support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On 2 November 2023, the NGO Progresylni organised the online event “Open Talk with Mychailo Wynnyckyj”, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, responsible for higher education, Member of Erasmus+ HERE Team.

On November 2, 2023, NEO – Ukraine team joined the regional stage of the national program “State Maker. Sumy: changes are possible.” The program at the regional level is implemented by the  “League of Changes” with the support of the Youth and Sports Department of the Sumy Regional State Administration and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in cooperation with the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after S. Nizhnyi and the Ukrainian Student League.
