On October 31, 2025, the team of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine took part in the Final Conference of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “Sustainable Urban Transport Policy in Europe”, hosted by O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv in an online format.

The event gathered university leadership, academic staff, students, representatives of local authorities, transport companies, civil society organisations, and international experts from Italy, Poland, Germany and Ukraine.

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, congratulating the project team on the successful implementation of activities. She emphasised the relevance of sustainable mobility for Ukraine’s European integration path and encouraged the development of cross-sectoral collaboration in the areas of transport, education, and sustainable urban development.

During the event, the organisers presented the project’s educational outputs, including new academic courses and materials, international teaching practices, and outcomes of teacher training activities. The discussions also covered the challenges and perspectives of shaping sustainable transport policies in Ukrainian cities.
