The event brought together representatives of National Erasmus+ Offices, EACEA coordinators, and DG EAC experts. The agenda included updates on Microsoft Teams resources for NEOs, contact points across EACEA and the Commission, guidance on accessing Erasmus+ selection results, and new data on International Credit Mobility.

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, joined the session on behalf of the Ukrainian office. She contributed to discussions on effective inter-office collaboration, transparency of procedures, and strengthening communication and support for Erasmus+ beneficiaries and partners.
