Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, coordinator of the National Erasmus+ office — Ukraine (EU project), welcomed the participants and presented the general conditions of the Erasmus+ Program regarding the management of funds within the scope of projects for the development of the potential of the Higher Education Institution and Jean Monnet, the principle of a fixed amount, as well as the conditions and challenges of implementing projects on during the war in Ukraine.

Speakers presented successful practices regarding receiving and crediting funds to organizations' accounts, documents for the State Treasury Service, making payments, paying wages, business trips, drawing up contracts and documents, keeping documentation and reporting in accordance with national legislation within the rules of the Erasmus+ Program.

After the presentations, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA and Petro KRAINIK, National Erasmus+ office — Ukraine (EU project), together with the teams of project executors, provided comprehensive answers, recommendations, comments and advice.
