Round table (27.02.2023)

On February 27, 2023, the team of the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine joined the round table "Peculiarities of international academic mobility for medical institutions: challenges and solutions during martial law". The event was attended by about 30 representatives of higher education institutions, international and training departments from medical institutions of Ukraine.

The following issues were discussed:
  • Academic mobility opportunities for HEI, challenges during martial law.
  • Successful practices of implementing mobility, border crossing documents.
  • Practices of recognizing and re-crediting mobility results.
The speakers of the event were:
  • Oksana Vyhovska, Rymma Skrypnyk, and Yevheniia BURLAKA. Bogomolets National Medical University. Academic mobility in a medical higher education institution: to be or not to be?
  • Mariana Hrytsiuk, Tetiana Bilous. Bukovinian State Medical University. Academic mobility of medical HEIs in the context of martial law. Challenges and realization of opportunities.
  • Oleksandr Buryak. Bukovinian State Medical University. Experience and successful practices of re-enrollment of disciplines in the academic mobility of medical students.
  • Svitlana SHYTIKOVA. National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine. Features of the implementation of the EU Erasmus Program mobility during martial law.

The event is supported by the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine. Useful publications about international academic mobility projects.
