As part of the Information Week of the EU Erasmus+ Programme on December 23, 2021 on the Zoom platform was held an Information Day for representatives of international cooperation departments of HEIs of Ukraine. The event was co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EASEA), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Erasmus Student Network Ukraine. The Information Day was attended by more than 60 Erasmus+ institutional coordinators and staff responsible for international cooperation of higher education institutions from various fields, who were unable to join the offline event on December 20, 2021. The event consisted of two parts: information session "New opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027 for Ukraine "and a seminar-training" Capacity building of international cooperation departments of HEIs to participate in the EU Erasmus+ Programme ". The event was moderated by Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine (EU project).

The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Andriy Vitrenko addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, noting in his speech the importance for the Ministry of achievements of Ukrainian educational organizations and support of the national level for those who plan to participate in new Erasmus+ competitions.
Svitlana Shytykova, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine, noted the importance of partnership support and teamwork for the successful implementation of educational projects under this program. After greeting the participants, the Coordinator of NEO — Ukraine during the information session "New opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ 2021-2027 for Ukraine" presented information on the opportunities offered by the EU Erasmus+ for 2021-2027, in particular: higher education, vocational education and professional higher education, adult education, youth education. The speaker focused on areas, requirements, key documents and various stages of finding partners, working with the NEO website and Funding & tender opportunities portal, etc.
During the second part of the event — a seminar-training "Capacity building of international cooperation units for free participation in the EU Erasmus+ Programme", participants attended three parallel trainings to coordinate the preparation of successful projects on the following topics: Ivanna ATAMANCHUK (KA1) , Svitlana SHYTIKOVA "Successful project on virtual exchanges", Veronika TKACHENKO, Zhanna TALANOVA (KA2) "Successful cooperation project", Petro KRAYNIK "Successful project Jean Monnet".
After the event, participants joined the common Zoom Hall to drink the results and a question and answer session.
