The meeting was attended by more than 30 winners of Erasmus Mundus scholarships of the 2021 competition. They had the opportunity to talk to each other, get useful and practical advice on living and studying in the countries where they will study, from graduates of the programme and representatives of the Embassies of the United Kingdom, France and Spain.
Victoria DAVIDOVA, Press and Information Adviser of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, and Vira Rybak, Coordinator of the Education and Science Sector of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, congratulated the winners of the scholarship programs on winning scholarships to study at prestigious European universities. confidence that the knowledge gained by them will be essential for the implementation of reforms and qualitative changes in Ukraine on its path to European integration.
Kateryna Zhdanova, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine, gave a presentation to the participants on the mandatory and important steps in preparation for training in the joint Erasmus Mundus master's programs. The speaker also acquainted the fellows with the opportunities that open up to them during and after their studies under the EU Erasmus+ programmes, as well as other funding opportunities for academic, interuniversity and research activities.
At the end of the online meeting, the winners spoke with the Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA), who in their own experience told about success stories and provided recommendations for a quality stay in Europe. In addition, to support the time spent on study, participants were introduced to the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), who spoke about the practical support of their community for all Erasmus+ students. |
