On April 29, 2021, an online seminar "Qualification Requirements in Higher Education Standards and Educational Programs" was held on the ZOOM platform as part of a series of webinars from the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform (HERE team) of the EU Erasmus+ Programme. The speaker of the event was Volodymyr Bakhrushyn, a member of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (higher education sector); National Expert on Higher Education Reform; Chairman of the Academic Council, Professor of Systems Analysis and Computational Mathematics, National University "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic".

The seminar addressed problematic issues related to the formulation of requirements for competencies and learning outcomes of graduates, concerning the differences between competencies and learning outcomes, taking into account the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework and professional standards, as well as the subject area, focus on future professional activity. .

The event was attended by about 80 participants through the Zoom platform (members of scientific and methodological commissions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, members of sectoral expert councils and experts of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, guarantors of educational programs, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees ), and Facebook live covered more than 400 views.

Zhanna Talanova, Analytical Manager of NEO — Ukraine (EU project), addressed the participants, emphasizing the relevance of the event and presenting the speaker's experience through cooperation and involvement in working groups of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
