GEN program: development program and network for global public leadership.
The program is set up according to the principles of project based management development. Following this approach, national teams of high potential civil servants examine the global context and its major concerns.
The aim is to generate recommendations for policy and public leadership on a national level, while contributing to solving issues on a global level.
The project functions as a learning vehicle to explore dimensions of global public leadership and to strengthen personal leadership. Ultimately, the GEN program provides a lasting global network of and for highly talented public leaders.
Project Development of global leadership:

to develop Ukrainian senior public leaders who effectively adopt a global mindset in their decision-making and are able to deal with the growing domestic and global complexity

participation of the Ukrainian team;

engagement of senior public leaders, their collaboration in the frame of the network will positively contribute to:

• development of global mindset;
• solving the global and national problems (like poverty reduction, environmental protection, education development and economic development) taking into account the world tendencies and national needs;
• problems solving (global ecology, territories, poverty, education) is possible only with the collaborative efforts leading developed countries. Professional training of such leaders and creation of the network for their collaboration is a real tool to cope with the above-mentioned issues;
• development of leadership skills in senior public servants;
• development of the international network for the collaboration of senior public servants in global public leadership.
