  • professional development of personnel;
  • implementation of modern mechanisms for effective management (project management, strategic management, technologies of managerial decision making, etc.)

Direction «Open Education»is oriented to development of:

  • leadership in education;
  • distance learning;
  • and implementation of innovative technologies and projects;
  • educational networks.
    The Directions are realized by means of the following activities:
  • education (trainings, distance learning courses, videoconference, master-class);
  • research (research, publications, seminars, round tables, discussion clubs, conferences);
  • consulting (analytical, informational, organizational, technical).
